About Us

Enjoy God, Grow In Truth, Share Life, Live The Mission.

We are a community of ordinary people with everyday lives, living in and around Pontypridd area and the A470 corridor. We enjoy spending time with each other, having fun, laughing, sharing food and life.

Our deepest longing is people to not only see how real and good God actually is, but also experience His life, love, mercy, forgiveness and grace for themselves.

We believe that in an increasingly messed up world, our hope resides in Jesus and his return. And we want to share that hope with the world.

Jesus said "Love your neighbour". We try to live that out by trying to find really practical ways to bless our community and the people that make it.

We love to hang out together as a fellowship. We also really like our Coffee and Doughnuts... We are a friendly bunch and would love to meet you.

Our Passions

These core passions are the foundation on which our fellowship is built

The Bible is fundamental to everything we do - our final authority for what we believe and how we live. We want people to hear the good news it contains and communicate its message in a way that's relevant to today's culture.

We want to see people living Spirit-empowered lives - hearing his voice, enjoying his presence and using his gifts. We want see him working powerfully in our individual lives, church, communities and the nations.

We believe God has called us to be a blessing and to share the good news with the whole world. That we are part of a larger worldwide community of Christians whom we need to try to help out where we can.

We believe that we deserve nothing. But that God who loves us unconditionally sent his son to die so that we can have everything. We aim to share that unconditional love with each other and our community.

Worship is why we were born. It is in worship of God and making him number one in our lives where we find true happiness. It is less about songs on a Sunday and more about a life that reflects the glory of God's awesomeness.

We believe diversity glorifies God more than uniformity. That the task of the church is to share the mercy, grace, kindness and goodness of God with all people of all nations. That truth hope and life is for all and not a select few.

Jesus expects his church to grow! He wants us to grow as individuals in wisdom, maturity and stature. And he wants his church to grow in number, and for the number of churches in the world to multiply! The church is the hope of the world.

We believe there is one Church. That it belongs to Jesus. That our mission is to spread the good news of hope and grace. That the outworking of that should be seen in transformed communities and and lives.

Our History

The story so far...

Commencing in May 2014, around 25 people started to meet with Andrew Davies and his family to plant a vibrant new church according to New Testament principles, in South Wales for the Pontypridd, Treforrest, Nantgarw, Taff Wells and the surrounding A470 areas.

The church plant drew individuals from Rhiwbina Baptist Church, Cardiff, where Andrew had previously been the Lead Elder, we relate to RBC and Catalyst Network, part of the Newfrontiers worldwide family of churches, a group of apostolic leaders, together with their teams and churches, united on global mission and by core values and genuine relationships.

Hope are a group of people with a desire to share the love of Jesus, the good news of the gospel, and the kingdom of God with our families, friends, neighbours and the communities in which we live and work; we love seeing, and expect, people to be freed from pain and their past, whilst being cleansed, healed, renewed and restored by the power of God.

Passionate about community and life, we love celebrating with, and encouraging each other, we love a party, food, fun, following and serving Jesus.

We are excited as we engage upon a new season and seeing the Kingdom of God being poured out in the valleys, throughout South Wales and the nations.
